1 Visual Inspection
- No scratch or paint off on the front glass and sensor hole.
- No deformation and break on the screw holes.
- No debonding, bend, little dirt, excess glue and damage on the front frame.
- No color difference on the front glass and frame.
- No deformation, cracked FPC, scratches and damage on the flex.
- No excess glue and paint off on the sensor and front camera hole.
- No bubbles and separation issue on the screen.
- No defects on LCD backlight.
2 Product Function Test
LCD display dead pixel test, with pure grey, white and black background.
Touch ID test: install the home flex, connect to the test machine, then connect to the mainboard to check that the fingerprint sensor works well.

3 Structure Test
- Measure thickness, width and length.
- Check whether LCD metal plate is well matched or screw holes are well aligned.
- Check screen fitness with iPhone housing after installation.
- Check whether function is normal after installation.
- Check whether light leaks or the backlight conflicts with the LCD Touch ID function test.
4 Assembly Process
Front assembly small parts installation, including front camera bracket, sensor bracket, earpiece mesh, ear speaker, front camera and earpiece cover.
